Our system follows a data-minimization approach. We do not collect or store student names, identification numbers, or other direct personally identifiable information. When data is analyzed, it is limited to the minimum necessary to support instructional improvement and is handled in ways that reduce or remove identifiable details whenever possible.
Security & Protection
All data is protected using secure, encrypted cloud infrastructure and industry-standard safeguards. We do not sell student information, use it for advertising, or share it with third parties for non-educational purposes. Access is restricted to authorized personnel only.
Data Ownership
Schools retain ownership and control of their data. Upon request or at the end of service, information is securely deleted or returned.
Incident Response
If a security issue ever occurs, we follow strict notification and response procedures in partnership with the school.
